Ingredients:
* 1 package vegetarian ramen noodles, including spice packet
* 1 can tomato soup (condensed)
* 1/2 block firm or extra-firm tofu, cubed
Preparation:
Prepare vegetarian ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Reduce heat to a slow simmer and add can of tomato soup and tofu. Allow to cook for at least five minutes, stirring occasionally.
