Vegetarian Ramen with Thai Peanut Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 package ramen
* 3/4 cup water
* 3 tbsp peanut butter
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1/2 tsp ginger powder
* 1 tbsp cider vinegar
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 1/2 tsp sugar
* 2-3 green onions, chopped (optional)
PREPARATION:
Cook the ramen in water for 5 to 7 minutes, or until done. Drain the excess water and add remaining ingredients, stirring until peanut butter is melted and ingredients are well mixed.
